Minecraft Youkuer（我的世界）社团简介及章程（Minecraft (my world) club profiles and regulations）

一、组织机构（Organizational institution）：

社长President：彭春林（Mr: Peng chunlin）

副社长：（根据9月表现，社长在国庆前宣布任命）Vice President: (according to September, the president announced the appointment of the president before the National Day)

成员Member: fellow students：陈柏源、梅瀚方、刘鑫睿、邹宇航、朱一鸣、冯祥泰、张晗、刘潭潭、张枫奇、付泓铭、弘宇、刘启睿、黄启月、陈可之、黄孝炎，分成3个小组 divided into 3 groups

二、团队愿景Team development direction：

☆锻炼你的口才，写作和表演能力（中英文）；Exercise your power of speech, writing, and performance (in English);

☆锻炼你的胆识，交友、团结协作能力；Exercise your courage, friendship, solidarity and cooperation ability;

☆成为5星级社团，参加Minecraft Youkuer世界大奖赛，2019年前成为Minecraft Youkuer合作组织中国峰会高级成员；Become a 5 star club, to participate in the Youkuer Minecraft World Grand Prix,  to become a senior member of the Youkuer Minecraft Cooperation Organization China summit before 2019 years ;

三、活动安排Activity arrangement：

      ☆第1阶段：每周六晚上8：-9：00在家录制Minecraft的视频，并且进行中文实况配音，上传至优酷社团指定专区（中文版，中国区）；The first stage: every Saturday night at home recording Minecraft 8:-9:00 video, and the Chinese live voice, uploaded to Youku community designated area (Chinese version, China);

     ☆第2阶段：每周一在社团活动中将视频进行展示，由各小组进行评选，社长组织进行点评，随后各成员进行改进，并将配音翻译成英文字幕；Second stage: every Monday in the club activities will be displayed on the video, the selection of the team, the president of the organization to review, and then the members to improve, and the voice into English subtitles;

     ☆第3阶段：学习分享《英语趣配音》经典片段（副社长、小组长负责），各成员将自己录制的视频用英文进行配音，并上传至优酷社团指定专区（英文版，海外区）The third stage: learning to share < English fun > Classic clips (vice president, head of the team), the members of the video recording their own voice in English, and uploaded to Youku community designated area (English version, overseas area)

     ☆第4阶段：周末在家与父母分享英文版配音，展示你的成果和进步，让父母为我们感到高兴和自豪；The fourth stage: the weekend at home with their parents to share the English version of the voice, showing your achievements and progress, so that our parents feel happy and proud of us;

     ☆第五阶段：社团评奖，并在学校大型活动中进行专题表演，推荐参加世界大奖赛；The fifth stage: the association awards, and special performances in large-scale school activities, to participate in the world grand prix;

四、社团章程Team management rules：

（1）考勤必须达到100%，每次必须准时签到，请假必须提前经社长批准，超过3次未准时出勤，直接开除出社团、扣除学分，并通报社团联合会和校团委。Attendance must reach 100%, each must be punctual attendance, leave prior to the approval of the president by more than 3 times, not on time attendance, directly expelled from the community, deducting credits, and banned for life in school all societies (associations and the school bulletin）

（2）全身心支持社长工作，主动参加社团活动，严禁私自在社团活动期间玩游戏，发现1次进行红牌警告，发现2次直接开除出社团、扣除学分，并通报社团联合会和校团委。All support the president work, actively participate in community activities, it is strictly prohibited to play games in the community during the activity, found that 1 of red card warning, found 2 times directly expelled from the community, deducting credits, and banned for life in school all societies (associations and the school bulletin)
